Thank you Kashi....... you definitely are one in a million........ you and your staff gave my brother Joe the comfort of being in his own home. He felt protected and nurtured from the very first day he arrived at MaMason!,,, You CARE!,,,,, That is what makes your facilities different than any of the others! It is set up for the residents to feel as if MAMASON is honestly their own home. The place is clean, the food is good, the aids are caring, and the size is so conducive to feel as if they are home....

I would like to take a minute to tell you that Mr. Joe P. was one of the kindest men I have ever met and feel lucky to have known him. When I first met Mr. Joe during his PT session in his rehabilitation facility, I did not know what to expect, but my opinion was quickly formed when I picked him up to bring him to Ma Maison. From the minute he sat in my car, I could tell he was "Good Person". I alway do my best to make sure that the client I'm transporting is comfortable, knowing that they are in an unfamiliar surrounding and barely know me. I do my best to try to "break the ice", but Mr. Joe's personality was so warm and inviting that we "hit it off" right-away and by the time we arrived at the facility, I felt like I had known him for years. Mr. Joe never put any guards up, and we just talked. For this reason, I made sure that any time anyone came to the facility, they met Mr. Joe because I knew that once they met, they quickly would become more comfortable with everyone around them, that was just how Mr. Joe was! As I mentioned on the phone, I could tell that Mr. Joe would help others because deep down, he truly wanted to help, not because he expected something in return. Each time I walked into the facility and had my hands full, he was the first to get up and try to help.
Being a business owner I always ask the clients and talk to them about ways to improve the service we provide so initially I would ask Mr. Joe if he had any complaints or issue we could fix or improve upon, but I quickly realized that Mr. Joe was just happy. He spoke highly about everything and everyone, he never had an unkind word against anyone, and would tell me how they would help take care of everything, even if he didn't ask. As I said on the phone, "if there was more people like Mr. Joe P. in this world, the world would be a much better place".

Wow! I just read the testimonials and I have to say that they very accurately describe our experience and the way I feel about Ma Maison, Khashy and the staff. What a comfort it was knowing that my mother was under such good care. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the communication and updates and the photos. Our time was short but you are all angels that helped make it better.
