I want to take a moment to thank you all for attending to my mom, Gloria. When we moved Gloria to your facility, it was all very new to us.  Khashy, you and your staff made my mom and me feel immediately at ease.  In fact, she felt at home and I had the confidence of knowing Mom was well attended to.  Gloria loved the food, especially the fresh fruit, and mostly the oranges and bananas.  Of course knowing she was getting a healthy diet and freshly cooked meals was reassuring verses me worrying about her taking care of herself, falling, and such when she was living alone.  She indicated to me many times that this was the place she wanted to live out her life, which she did comfortably, happily, and securely.  She enjoyed the many activities and music, although I think what she enjoyed the most was your staff who were always talking and joking with her.  I have a group of pictures that Mom drew and your staff kept those together for me and that was really nice.  One of the best pictures I have, taken by your staff of Gloria about a week before her passing, is one with a big smile on her face.  She was really happy at Ma Maison. Khashy, I also want to thank you for working with me during the simplest issue up to and including guidance on assistance programs available.  Your knowledge was a big help.  So, moving ahead, I want to thank all of you and please, do not hesitate to use me as a referral.  I can tell you this couldn't have worked out any nicer for my Mom or our family.  -WS-

Thank you for all that you did for my aunt in the final weeks of her life. Though her stay with you was relatively brief, it was one of the happiest and most active periods of the last two years of her life. What a gift to hear her joyfully tell me about your lunch outings to a diner. She really enjoyed herself. I knew, Khashy, from the moment I met you that I could rest assured with the knowledge that my aunt was in good hands. You did not disappoint! You are all angels. What an honor to know you, if only for a brief wrinkle in time. May God bless you and your families with an abundance of peace, love, and joy. - WM-

I often think about how lucky I was to find Ma Maison and arrange to have Joan spend her last few years there. She came to feel that Ma Maison was truly her home. She became comfortable and content there. The reason that she was happy there was that you were most welcoming and attentive, and your staff treated her wonderfully. You took the time to get to know her personally, as you do with all your residents, and really made her feel safe and secure. I cannot say enough about the staff and their work with her. A number of the ladies grew very close to her, and a few treated her as if she were their own grandmother. The constant support and care, given with loving kindness and compassion, gave her great comfort. You are lucky to have so many dedicated and kind young ladies in your employ. Thank you for all your kindness and support throughout her time at Ma Maison. Please pass my sincere gratitude along to all the ladies who did so much to make her last years as pleasant as possible. - BM-

Caregivers are the guardian angels of the world...and you've earned your wings many times over. - BF-

I have admired your personal care and touch you give to the residents. I went to nursing homes, even as a medical director, for 20 years, and have seen how people can be so cold and indifferent when caring for the sick and elderly. I appreciate your kindness very much. - Dr. K-

Khashy and "The Crew:" Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you... times a million. -SM-

Thank you for all your kindness and hard work. We will never forget you all. - HZ-

I've tried too hard, but just can't find words adequate enough to express how much I appreciated all your kindness, care, help, and love you gave my sister. So I will just say a big "thank you" from the bottom of my heart. May God bless you both. - MF-

To the entire staff at Ma Maison: Thank you for the love and attention you gave to our mother and father while they were under your care. We could not have asked for a more dedicated group of attendees. Your kindness to them and the help they received were a great comfort to us knowing they were being looked after. - B&H-

Thank you, Khashy, for taking such good care of my aunt. - ER-

Continued thanks to you and everyone at 9404 for all you do to make my mom feel safe and cared for. - SM-

Khashy & Nicole: We wanted to send a special note to say thank you for being there for our mom. We think God sent us to you because He knew the kind of care and love you would give to our mother. You are both God's special children who were given a special gift. You deserve the very best life has to offer because of all the kindness, love, and support you provide to families. You truly give the love from your hearts. We sincerely thank you for everything. - D&L-

Ma Maison has a home-like atmosphere as opposed to the institutional atmosphere of a larger place. The fee is about half the cost of the larger assisted livings. I am very pleased with Dad's new home. I wish I would have known about it sooner. I am a retired Registered Nurse and I would definitely recommend a smaller assisted living to anyone looking for a home for a loved one. -DC-

I would like to thank you both for making my mom's last year and a half as pleasant as could have been for someone in her state of mind. The hardest thing to do is to take your elderly parents away from their home, at least it was for me. At times she actually thought it was her home. That is why I chose Ma Maison, because of its home-like setting. Your staff was also kind and loving to her. - BB-

I want to say thank you to you and your staff for taking care of my parents in their final years and I appreciate all you have done to make their time happy and peaceful. - MT-

You were a Godsend. Thank you so much for everything, first for helping me to get Aunt Julia out of that original nursing home, and then for everything you did for Aunt Julia for the four and a half years that she lived at Ma Maison. You were the constant from the start of the journey when she was adamant that she was going home -- to this is a great place for people who need to be here. You were always there to ensure that everything was ok. I also want to acknowledge all of your wonderful caregivers that made my aunt's "Golden Years" so comfortable. She was happier than she had been in some time. Ray and I and our entire family want to thank you. -SS-

When we learned my Uncle Joe was suffering from dementia, we struggled with the idea of where he could live and be cared for. We visited several facilities. When we visited Ma Maison, we realized we found what we were looking for. The owners were fully engaged. The staff responded with similar care and attention to the needs of their residents. We saw firsthand how the residents were treated with love and dignity. We appreciated that each home housed less than 20 residents, promoting a high sense of community. My uncle Joe lived at Ma Maison for 4 months before he passed away. Every week when we visited him he was happy, well cared for and loved. We know Ma Maison was an answer to a prayer, as Uncle Joe was welcomed into a community filled with warmth. When Uncle Joe was hospitalized, Khashy, the owner of Ma Maison came and visited, demonstrating his genuine interest in my uncle and his well being. We recommend Ma Maison without reservation. Thank you Khashy, Nicole and staff for making Uncle Joe's last months of his life so pleasant and rewarding.  -DC
